Born and raised in Turin, Italy, Alice is a PR professional with 4-years experience in the hospitality industry.
Before joining MAIA, she was an Account Manager at London-based luxury hospitality firm, Perowne International. As part of the Italian team in Milan, she was responsible for a wide portfolio of Italian and international clients, such as Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Aman Venice and Passalacqua.
A passionate traveller, with a particular fondness for arts and culture, Alice recently relocated to Dubai from Milan, where she had been residing for four years, after several experiences around the world, from Shanghai and London to Los Angeles and New York.

With over a decade of PR and Social Media experience, Richard has led and executed the Marketing Communications strategies for some of the most luxurious hospitality brands in the region, including in-house at Jumeirah, Six Senses and InterContinental Hotels and Resorts.
With a background in journalism, Richard is passionate about using words to bring brands stories to life, be it via traditional PR channels or ever-evolving digital platforms with a focus on devising campaigns that align with client’s commercial goals.

Alessandra was born and raised in the UAE for most of her life, however, completed her higher studies in London, United Kingdom and now holds an MA in Public Relations.
She has seven years of UAE PR experience and led on both the corporate and consumer communications for Hilton Regional Office across EMEA for three years. She has worked at Edelman Dabo, Sticky Ginger, and Seven Media, overseeing luxury and lifestyle brands such as BMW Group, Rolls-Royce Middle East, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, PUMA, and Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, as well as a variety of F&B brands.

Emily brings an international perspective with over 12 years of experience in communications, brand strategy, and storytelling within the hospitality industry.
Before joining MAIA, she was the Director of Communications for almost a decade, working with renowned American restaurateur and celebrity chef Marc Murphy. In 2021, she co-founded a contemporary hospitality consultancy catering to Michelin-starred restaurants, culinary experts, and international hospitality brands.
A passionate traveler who favors slow exploration and has a particular fondness for the Middle East and solo adventures, Emily recently relocated to Dubai from New York City, where she had been residing for the past 15 years.

She has led projects and managed multiple client accounts in events like Art Dubai, Dubai Design Week and Expo 2020.

Ely a Marketing Management graduate, has embarked on a professional journey that has taken him from humble beginnings as a Marketing Assistant for a local newspaper in his province, Cebu, Philippines to a reputable PR Specialist in Dubai.
With over 8 years of experience in the field, Ely has honed his skills as an accomplished communicator, adeptly handling media and influencer outreach for a variety of culinary and lifestyle clients, before joining MAIA.
Driven by passion and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Eli has found his true calling in the dynamic and fast-paces world of public relations.
Born in Syria and raised in Dubai, Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Management and is all about the creative and communications industry, which has been shaping her career so far.

London with a BSc in Management with Marketing.
With a background in Social Media Strategy, Mariana has

and Emirates NBD. Alongside her research skills, Mariana
has a keen eye for design and is all about the small details
when it comes to content creation and execution.

Jetaime is a third culture girl, raised in the UAE for most of her life. She graduated with a double degree in Public Relations and Journalism.
She offers a fresh pair of eyes to MAIA and its clients, with interest in visual storytelling through content creation and design. Prior to joining the team, she has previously worked for Vogue Arabia and Park Hyatt Dubai.
Besides completing her degree with a scholarship, she was also one of Murdoch University’s MEPRA student representatives. She now supports our social media and content clients.

With over 10 years of experience in the Middle East handling HR strategy and operations across several countries, she brings a well-rounded perspective.
