SUSHISAMBA Dubai appoints MAIA

MAIA now represents SUSHISAMBA Dubai, operated by Sunset Hospitality Group.

Perched on the 51st floor of the St. Regis Dubai, the venue boasts 360-degree views of the Palm Jumeirah coastline, the Arabian Gulf, Ain Dubai, and the entire Dubai skyline. 

SUSHISAMBA offers a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian culture, and cuisine, led by Culinary Director, Chef Kyung Soo Moon. Born from the energy and spirit of these three distinct cultures, it traces back to the early 20th century when Japanese emigrants settled in South America, particularly in cities like Lima and São Paulo, where the integration of these cultures thrived.

The venue offers versatile event spaces including the SAMBAROOM, accessible via its own private entrance and equipped with its own bar and DJ booth, as well as a Private Dining Room with floor-to-ceiling windows, accommodating up to 14 people.
