Nestled in the heart of Bluewaters Dubai and the anchor of Delano Dubai’s bustling dining scene, the Rose Bar promises a transportive experience where guests will host and toast nights to remember illuminated by the bar’s all-encompassing rose-tinted glow.

The Reimagined Rose Bar: A Modern Classic

Credited with igniting Miami’s now famous nightlight scene, the original Rose Bar sat unassumingly in the lobby of Delano Miami. Embodying the hotel’s ethos of unfussy modern luxury, the Rose Bar quickly captured the zeitgeist, drawing in the who’s who of the city’s social scene, global jet set, Hollywood stars to its quartz-topped bar for intimate connections, convivial energy and boisterous evenings.

The Rose Bar of Delano Dubai picks up where the original left off, boasting an alluring atmosphere, a knowing cocktail menu and glamorous yet unpretentious character. Cocktails are here to intrigue, and everyone is in on the fun. The Hanky Panky, a clever mix of gin, Fernet Branca and Rose Bar’s signature vermouth, sets the tone from the starters section, while the Miami Vice(s) pays homage to the bar’s origins. The menu continues to classics and fresh-new pours, such as the New Deal where Tanqueray, basil, mezcal, passion fruit, coconut milk, and elderflower come together in a nod to the Delano namesake.

Cocktails are complemented by curated wine and spirit selections designed for the global palette. Under The Innocents, guests will discover mocktails that are as taste-forward and complex as their spirit-filled compatriots. Bar snacks are playful, salty and sweet, all presented with a nostalgic Americana touch. Highlights include the Lobster & Crab Brioche with celery, coriander and tobiko, and the Rose Bar Club Sandwich, served with turkey, duck ham, gruyère, avocado and Dijon mayonnaise.

The witty spirit of the menu is amplified by a backdrop of unflinching luxury. Rose-hued marble, tufted velvet banquets, and the occasional sparkle create an unexpected atmosphere for potato chips and espresso martinis – and it’s this indulgent interplay that fuels guests’ delight.
