The vibrant new dining destination ushers in 2025 with a celebration of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine.
SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi has officially opened its doors at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. As the second UAE location of this global dining phenomenon, the vibrant new venue promises to elevate the capital’s culinary scene with its bold blend of flavours, cultures, and artistry.
Guests are invited to embark on a one-of-a-kind gastronomic journey that celebrates the rich traditions of Japan, Brazil, and Peru in an innovative and unforgettable way, setting the tone for an extraordinary 2025.
Located on Podium 1 of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, just steps from the Corniche, SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi offers breathtaking views of the seafront alongside a striking ambiance. Open every evening from 6pm, with closing hours at 1am from Sunday to Wednesday and until 2am on Thursday to Saturday, it provides the perfect setting to either wind down with friends and family or kick off an energetic night out.
As the sun sets or night falls amidst the city’s lights, diners can enjoy dinner indoors, surrounded by a dramatic ambiance, or outdoors to embrace the alfresco season, sampling a vibrant menu led by Chef Obed Villegas, designed to complement the impeccable setting.
The contemporary dishes are artistic theatrics oozing vibrant flavours and textures, ranging from traditional Japanese Tempura and Sushi, to Peruvian Anticuchos and seviche. Food connoisseurs will appreciate signature dishes such as the iconic Chilean Seabass Anticuchos, made with white miso and chives, the Asevichado Samba Roll, the Ultimate Sushi and Sashimi platter featuring signature rolls, everyone’s favourite Black Cod.
The eclectic menu features premium Japanese ingredients such as Kinmedai, Amberjack, Hirame, and Tuna, alongside fresh, organic produce from UAE-based farms, reflecting SUSHISAMBA’s commitment to sustainability and local partnerships.
Beyond the exceptional cuisine, SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi delivers the lively atmosphere the brand is renowned for, with show-stopping live entertainment including samba dancers, DJs, and musicians, ensuring an unforgettable experience at every touchpoint.
